What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 500 cards for most product types. For personalised or EMV chip cards, the minimum is typically 1,000 units. We are happy to discuss pilot runs and samples for new clients — get in touch and we will find a solution that fits your requirements.
What is the typical turnaround time?
Standard production takes 10–15 working days from artwork approval. Express manufacturing is available for urgent orders, with turnaround as fast as 5–7 working days. Shipping to most African destinations adds 3–7 days depending on location and customs clearance.
Can you match our existing card design and specifications?
Absolutely. We routinely reproduce existing card designs with pixel-perfect accuracy. Simply send us your artwork files (AI, PDF, or high-resolution PNG) along with your chip and encoding specifications, and we will produce a pre-production proof for your approval before commencing the run.
Do you handle personalisation and encoding?
Yes. We offer full personalisation services including thermal printing, laser engraving, embossing, magnetic stripe encoding, chip initialisation, and variable data printing (names, photos, barcodes, QR codes). Personalisation can be done at our facility or we can supply blank cards for your in-house bureau.
What quality standards do your cards meet?
Our cards are manufactured at Cardzgroup Ltd's dedicated production facilities and undergo rigorous quality control at every stage. Cardzgroup production staff oversee every run from raw materials to finished product. We supply cards to demanding industries including banking, government, and hospitality, and can meet the specific quality requirements your programme demands. Do you deliver across Africa or only in South Africa?
We deliver across the entire continent. With over 30 African countries served to date, we have established logistics partnerships and customs expertise for reliable delivery throughout Sub-Saharan Africa, North Africa, and the Indian Ocean islands. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms are available for most destinations.
